The incident began as a dispute between two drivers at around 4:40 p.m. on March 8th in the Nordstrom parking lot.
42-year-old Tonya Knight-Joseph's finger was bitten and nearly severed during a dispute over a parking space, police say.
Knight-Joseph of Philadelphia also suffered scratches to her face.
The victim was hospitalized for several days at Cooper University Hospital and is still receiving treatment for her injuries.
The Cherry Hill Police Department, in cooperation with the Cherry Hill Mall, is offering a reward in the amount of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the woman seen in the surveillance photo.
The suspect is described as a black female in her mid-30s, heavy set build, with "bushy" hair, possibly operating an older model sedan, dark in color.
