And we're in Staten Island, where three teenagers – teenagers! – are under arrest in the murder of a food deliveryman. Cops say the kids called in a bogus order, followed the deliveryman as he left the Chinese food restaurant, and then shot him. Police say they took his wallet, but left $!36 cash in his pocket. Was murder the intent, or was there some kind of altercation during the robbery attempt and the gun went off? We're on the story.
