The victim says the attack happened after Nobles gave her and several other teens alcohol at home in Saddle Brook.
Both Nobles and the 14-year-old are charged with sexual assault.
Nobles also faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Two arrested in NJ sex assault
NEW JERSEY Police arrested 22-year-old Mark Nobles and a 14-year-old boy on Friday after the teenage girl reported that the two sexually assaulted her.
