Pipes burst, close businesses

BROOKLYN The break, in a building under construction, completely flooding five businesses in six buildings on Graham Avenue.

At least one business had to completely shut down while workers tried to clean up the leak.

One block of Graham Avenue was shut while workers cleaned up the water.

Authorities were looking into why the two pipes burst, although it is suspected the pipes froze in the below freezing weather and broke.
