The U.S. Marshals Service says Roman is wanted for shooting a man in a crowded shopping area after a drug associate became involved with the girlfriend of Daniel Wallace.
Authorities say the 23-year-old Roman shot Wallace three times.
Roman was booked into the Clark County Detention Center pending his extradition to New York.
