He is accused in the shooting death of 16-year old Al-Taya Conyers.
The high school sophomore was gunned down Wednesday in front of a Boerum Hill church just blocks from where she lived.
She was shot several times, including once in the head.
Sources say police have been investigating whether the shooting had something to do with a feud between the victim and another girl.
