Dozens of people took part in a rally at the crash site in /*Ronkonkoma*/ on Wednesday.
They're urging a /*Suffolk County*/ judge not to take a plea deal from the driver who plowed into 17-year-old /*Eugene Franjola*/ and 16-year-old /*Stephen Massina*/ last April.
/*David Heise*/, 28, is expected to meet with the judge Thursday.
The deal would allow Heise to plead guilty in exchange for one year in jail.
