They're looking for Bernsley Barthelemy, 25.
He was due in court this past Wednesday for an arrest last weekend, when he allegedly had inappropriate contact with his ex.
But that morning, the ex, Kazan Raoul, was shot in the face inside her apartment on Strauss Street in Brownsville.
She made her way outside, where she collapsed and died.
