Surveillance image of Bronx bodega shooting suspect

NEW YORK

Police released surveillance video of the suspect on Saturday.

Investigators say the man opened fire inside a store on Holland Aveune in the /*Bronxdale*/ section around 8:00 p.m. Thursday.

The victim 47-year-old victim who asked us to conceal his identity, but he agreed to show us his bandages and talk to us in Spanish about what happened.

"I was outside doing a job and a guy fired shots at another man, one of the bullets struck me but I feel good because thank God I'm alive, which is what's most important," he said.

He says he didn't get a good look at the assailant, who police say also shot two girls - 15 and 12 - inside the bodega.

One was hit in the stomach and the other in the leg, but we're told their injuries are non-life threatening.

The suspect is described as a black man between 18 and 22 years old, 5'6", 150-165lbs, last seen wearing a green hooded sweater, yellow pants and yellow sneakers.
