Suspect wanted in beauty salon robberies

NEW YORK

The first robbery happened on Sunday, March 11 at 6:10 p.m.

The suspect, armed with a gun, entered the beauty salon located at 1111 Southern Boulevard and demanded the victims' property.

The victims, three women ages 26, 28 and 33, complied and the suspect fled with cell phones and cash.

Just two days later the suspect struck again on Tuesday, March 13 at 7:38 p.m.

The suspect, armed with a gun, entered the beauty salon located at 727 Pelham Parkway and demanded the victim's property.

The victim, a 55-year-old woman complied and the suspect fled with cash and jewelry.

Then on Wednesday, March 21 at 3:30 p.m., the suspect, armed with a gun, entered the beauty salon located at 2433 Jerome Avenue.

He demanded a 21-year-old woman's cell phone and cash.

She complied and the suspect got away.

There were no injuries during any of the robberies.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic man, age 25-35 years old, and 5'6"-5'8" tall.

The suspect has tattoos, possibly oriental lettering, on both forearms.
