In Guilford, a school bus driver reportedly left a 6-year-old girl at the curb, even though an adult wasn't there to pick her up.
"They don't even let my daughter get off the bus unless I'm standing their to get her off the bus," parent Antonia Kellner said.
Rules require the driver to wait and contact a parent.
The girl ended up crossing a busy road by herself, but is fine.
The bus company says the driver is new.
"We've been working with Board of Education and the police department and also making sure with our own people that doesn't happen again," said Joe Parise, General Manager of Student Transportation of America.
