The suspect, /*Nolvin Garcia*/, was picked up late Sunday night in Laredo, Texas by U.S. Border Patrol agents.
Police believe Garcia shot /*Jacques Nelson*/ when he tried to break up a fight in the parking lot of Misty's Restaurant and Bar in /*West Orange*/ two weeks ago.
Garcia is being held in Texas pending extradition to New Jersey.
