It happened at about 4:00 a.m. in front of a house party at Albany Avenue near Avenue H.
The victims, all male, have been taken to Brookdale Hospital and Kings County Hospital.
Police say the most critically injured man was shot in the leg, another was shot in the back, and the third was shot in the neck and leg.
It is still unclear whether police are looking for a shooter.
