Teen in serious condition after being hit by car in Bayonne

BAYONNE (WABC) -- A teenager is in the hospital in serious condition after being hit by a car in New Jersey.

The accident happened Sunday evening in Bayonne at the intersection of Avenue C and West Fifth Street. The car that struck him remained on the scene.

The accident is under investigation.
