NYPD sergeant pinned by car while responding to 911 call in the Bronx

An NYPD sergeant responding to a 911 call got into a car accident and was pinned by another car in the Bronx.

The accident happened in the driveway of a parking garage in an apartment complex on Washington Avenue.

The sergeant suffered injuries and was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital.

It is unknown whether the 911 call had anything to do with the accident.
