Here's a restaurant employee who deserves a big tip.

Shanna Welch captured some fun footage when on vacation in Cancún, Mexico of a restaurant employee balancing multiple drinks on his head. If that wasn't impressive enough, the server also did a little dance before delivering the drinks to a table.
