Young man beaten by two suspects in the Bronx

BRONX, NY (WABC) -- A 25 year old man was struck with a bottle and beaten with a stick in the Bronx early Friday morning.

He was assaulted by two suspects at Grand Concourse and East 167th Street at around 4:15 a.m.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition.

A 26-year-old suspect was taken into custody and charges are pending. A second suspect is still being sought.
