NEW YORK (WABC) -- The family of a man gunned down by an off-duty police officer during a road rage incident, is speaking out.
They are reacting to word that new video has surfaced reportedly showing Delrawn Small's death.
In that video, small is shot just seconds after walking up to the window of Officer Wayne Isaac on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn.
That would conflict with accounts that Small repeatedly punched Isaac before being shot.
"The video is clear as day that shows that everything they told us from the very beginning is a lie. It was a lie, every single thing. And, I don't know how to feel now, all I know is my brother was murdered," said Victor Demsey, Delrawn's brother.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office is investigating the new video.
