Search for 2 suspects who stabbed man several times in East Village

EAST VILLAGE, Manhattan (WABC) -- The NYPD is looking for two men wanted for stabbing a man in the back in the East Village.

It happened on Saturday, December 5th at around 4:40 a.m.

Police say a 49-year-old man was standing in front of 311 East 9th Street when the suspects approached him and stabbed him several times in the back.

The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was treated and released.
