VIDEO: Baltimore police body cam shows shooting of disturbed man

BALTIMORE, Maryland (WABC) -- There is disturbing new video of a police shooting in Baltimore.

The scene was captured on the body cameras of several cops.

It's the first time it has happened since Baltimore police introduced body cams in May.

A distraught man was ordered to drop two knives.

He ended up being shot several times by two officers who are now on administrative leave.

No Taser was used.

The man was not killed.

Complaints against Baltimore police officers are down 20% this year. Complaints about unnecessary force are down 38%.
