Sandy Kenyon reviews 'Chappie'
Sandy Kenyon has the review.

NEW YORK -- A new movie with familiar names and familiar themes hits theaters this weekend, but is "Chappie" worth your time and money?

"Terminator," "iRobot," "2001: A Space Odyessey," "The Matrix" and many other films have examined what happens when machines learn how to think for themselves.

"Chappie" is the latest to explore the genre, and entertainment reporter Sandy Kenyon checked it out.

And he says, while it's a rarity, every so often he actually likes a movie better than most critics. And such is the case with "Chappie," a movie that makes you care about the fate of a mere machine.
