LOS ANGELES -- A mechanical mishap led to a strange moment during Motley Crue's final show.
The mishap happened during Tommy Lee's big drum solo. Lee performs on a drum set mounted to a roller coaster track above the crowd. On Friday night, the coaster broke down, leaving lee suspended upside down at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The road crew quickly freed the rocker, who climbed down to the stage.
Lee took the incident I stride, joking that he can't believe it happened at the end of their farewell tour.
