Flames engulf home in Fort Salonga, Suffolk County

FORT SALONGA, Suffolk County (WABC) -- Two firefighters suffered injuries as a massive fire tore through a home in Fort Salonga, Long Island early Wednesday.

Video shows flames engulfing the home on Woodfield Avenue.

The fire caused the roof to collapse and forced firefighters to tackle the flames from outside.

One firefighter suffered a broken leg and another was treated for burns.
