Suspect throws garbage can at MTA bus in Greenwich Village

GREENWICH VILLAGE (WABC) -- A scene straight out of professional wrestling played out on a Manhattan street.

Police say a man threw a metal garbage can at an MTA bus.

He was involved in a verbal dispute with the driver in Greenwich Village back in July when he threw the garbage can, breaking the windshield and badly damaging the bus.

The driver was not injured.
