Harvey Weinstein wants access to his old email

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Harvey Weinstein wants his email back.

The disgraced mogul asked a federal bankruptcy court to force The Weinstein Company to give him access to his email accounts and personal file.

Without them, Weinstein said, he cannot 'exonerate himself' in ongoing federal and state criminal investigations in New York, Los Angeles and London.
