Police searching for hit and run driver suspected of intentionally running over victim in Bronx

LONGWOOD (WABC) -- Police are searching for a hit and run driver who ran over a man in the Bronx, and have released a picture of the suspect.

Investigators say 25-year old Josue Gago intentionally hit a man crossing Union Avenue at East 155th Street Saturday afternoon.

Police say the 26-year old victim and Gago got into an argument earlier in the day.

According to investigators, the driver was behind the wheel of a black Ford Taurus with Pennsylvania license plates when he hit the victim and took off, leaving him in critical condition.
