8 families displaced by fire at apartment building in Hoboken

HOBOKEN (WABC) -- Eight families have been forced out of their homes by a fire at an apartment building in New Jersey.

Flames broke out Thursday night on the second floor of a building on Willow Avenue in Hoboken and spread to the third floor.

Firefighters were able to bring it under control quickly.

Officials are now working to determine when the building will be safe for residents to return.
