Julia Roberts lists Manhattan pad for $4.5 million

Julia Roberts is asking $4.5 million for 2,000-square-foot Greenwich Village apartment, according to Zillow. The elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bath NYC pad boasts a library, fireplace and an "entertaining-size terrace." Roberts originally paid $3.895 million for the home in 2010.

The listing comes just after the Erin Brockovich star listed one of her Hawaii homes for $29.85 million.
