A kitten is looking for its forever home after it was rescued from a storm drain on Long Island.

BOHEMIA, Suffolk County (WABC) -- A kitten is looking for its forever home after it was rescued from a storm drain on Long Island.

A concerned resident heard the animal crying in Bohemia on Monday night.

They discovered the kitten had fallen 20-feet down. The resident called emergency services.

Members arrived on the scene and got the kitten out. The kitten will be put up for adoption through Strong Island Animal Rescue.
