NEW YORK -- The Long Island Rail Road says customers should expect scattered delays and cancellations for the morning commute.
The LIRR is experiencing signal problems in the West Side Yard.
Some trains are making additional stops to accommodate passengers.
Newsday says the branches that are being affected Monday morning are the Babylon, Hempstead, Port Wasghinton, Long Beach, Ronkonkoma and Port Jefferson..
