Man missing from Bronx psychiatric hospital, NYPD says

BRONX, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man reporting missing from a Bronx hospital.

Mathew Carpenter, 34, of the Bronx, was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Monday leaving his residence, the Bronx Psychiatric Center, running toward the Hutchinson River Parkway.

He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 175 pounds, with a medium build, light complexion, short blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light colored T-shirt and dark green sweatpants.
