Message in a bottle returned after 50 years

A man got a reward after he found a bottle on a beach with a message to return it for a reward.

The bottle was tossed into the Atlantic from New Hampshire 50 years ago and found by a man thousands of miles away in Turks and Caicos.

The message read: "Return to 419 Ocean Boulevard and receive a $150 reward from Tina, owner of the beachcomber."

The man found the bottle a few years ago but was finally able to hand deliver it. He got a check for the promised amount.
