SCOTCH PLAINS (WABC) -- Three pedestrians were struck by a car in New Jersey Monday afternoon.
The incident happened just after 2 p.m. on Park Avenue and East 2nd Street in Scotch Plains.
Police say a mother and two daughters, approximately 10 and 13 years old, were in crosswalk when they were struck by the vehicle.
The mom was taken to Overlook Hospital in Summit with a leg injury, while the daughters suffered minor abrasions and were treated at the scene.
The driver is facing motor vehicle violations.
