NEW YORK (WABC) -- There are new details in the murder of a violinist from Manhattan killed in her home in Western New York.
Prosecutors say her kindness led to her death.
Jonathan Conklin and Charles Sanford were ordered held without bail in the killing of Mary Whitaker.
Prosecutors say she opened the door of her Chautauqua County home to lend Sanford her phone after he said he'd run out of gas.
The men allegedly shot, stabbed and robbed her.
Whitaker performed with the Westchester Philharmonic.
