Tires of cars slashed in New Rochelle neighborhood

NEW ROCHELLE (WABC) -- Police in New Rochelle are investigating after several cars had their tires slashed.

Police got a call at 9:30 a.m. Monday from a woman in the area of 25 Woodland Avenue that her tires had been slashed.

Officers responded and found the same thing had happened to at least two other cars.

Witnesses reported seeing five cars with tires slashed. Most had one tire flat, but one car had two flat tires.
