No disciplinary action in case where Brooklyn special needs student walked out

15-year-old Nashaly Perez went missing Monday from her school in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There are new details on an investigation into how a special needs student walked out of her school in Brooklyn.



No employees will face disciplinary action.



Nashaly Perez, walked out of P.S. 371 last September and was missing for three days.



Right after the incident, the school's principal was reassigned.



An investigation later found three other students also walked out of school that day.



However, investigators didn't find any misconduct by employees.
