LITTLE ITALY (WABC) -- A little rain didn't dampen spirits Thursday night at the Feast of San Gennaro in Little Italy.
People marched down Mulberry Street for zeppoli, sausages, gelato and cannoli, as well as music and carnival games.
It's the 89th year the neighborhood has hosted the feast honoring the patron saint of Naples.
Some two million people are expected to join the party, with actor Tony Danza leading a grand procession on Saturday.
Another highlight this year will be the attempt to set a Guinness record with the world's tallest gelato cone.
The 10-day festival runs through September 20th.
