YONKERS, New York (WABC) -- Rhony Sanchez, a former swim instructor from Yonkers, has been arrested on child pornography charges connected to images that were found on his computer.

Sanchez, 35, was a swim teacher at the Scarsdale Jewish Community Center. He was also a swim instructor and lifeguard at Mamaroneck's Beachpoint Yacht Club.

He has been charged with two counts: possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, both felonies.

The images found on Sanchez's computer date back to July 26, 2015.

There is no indication that any of the children he worked with were victimized or approached in any way.

Sanchez was released on $25,000 bail and is due back in court on Friday.
