NEW YORK (WABC) -- A student failed a Regent's exam and police on Staten Island say her mother threatened to blow up the school.

A guidance counselor at Susan Wagner High School apparently called Karen Shearon to give her the bad news.

Shearon allegedly responded with, "I am going to blow up the school."

She's been arrested and charged with harassment. She's now out on bail.
