LOWER MANHATTAN (WABC) -- Police are looking for a suspect in a scam to sell fake Statue of Liberty tickets to tourists in Lower Manhattan.

Detectives say two water taxi ticket agents sold the fake tickets to a man who was with his family near the Staten Island Ferry Terminal on Saturday afternoon.

The agents also allegedly punched the man several times after he realized the tickets were no good.

Police arrested one agent, identified as Andre Morris of the Bronx. The other agent who is involved remains on the loose.
