BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police have made an arrest in a shooting that injured a man and a baby in Brooklyn.
19-year-old Lyemel Summerville faces charges including assault and reckless endangerment.
Investigators say he opened fire during an argument in the vicinity of Junius Street and Sutter Avenue in Brownsville August 19, shooting a 20-year-old man in his thigh.
The same bullet passed through the man and grazed a 1-year-old boy sitting in a stroller.
Both of the victims survived.
