Commerical tax break giving small businesses in Manhattan money back

NEW YORK (WABC) -- A big tax break is coming to small businesses in the heart of Manhattan.

Hundreds of shops and restaurants are receiving hundreds of dollars back.

The deal was approved unanimously by the city council and affects businesses south of 96th Street.
