NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are seeking the public's help in solving an attack in Brooklyn that investigators are calling a hate crime.
According to the NYPD, the 67-year old victim was walking to his home near 44th Street and 9th Avenue in Borough Park when a man approached him from behind and began punching him repeatedly in the face, while saying anti-semitic remarks before fleeing.
The victim was taken to the hospital for bruising and swelling to his face, eye, and head.
Police have now released a sketch of the man suspected in the attack.
