Want to become a Newark firefighter? Here's how

NEWARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- The City of Newark is encouraging residents to apply to become a firefighter.

Online applications will be accepted HERE through the end of August.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18-34, be a U.S. citizen, live in Newark, have a high school diploma or GED and a valid New Jersey driver's license.
