Lebron was charged last November with sexual abuse, falsifying business records and official misconduct. He was accused of driving home a woman, groping her and then falsifying records to cover his tracks. He pleaded not guilty, and those charges were recently thrown out.
Lebron claims his arrest was in retaliation for a lawsuit he filed against the city after he was passed over for promotions.
