The victim apparently died of multiple gunshot wounds and two people are now under arrest.
Livio Morales is charged with murder.
Patricia Pichardo is charged with evidence tampering and hindering apprehension. Authorities say Pichardo threw shell casings into a brook after the shooting.
Authorities have not said what motivated the shooting.
