Officers reportedly spotted Buccolo's car crossing over the double yellow line and drifting into oncoming traffic on Larkfield Road.
She was apparently not only intoxicated, but police say that her 8-year-old son was in the car.
Police add that an order of protection had been issued to keep Buccolo away from her son, since she was convicted of DWI in 2005.
