Six days and counting until Super Bowl XLII, and already the hype is building. The Giants packed their bags and left the Meadowlands earlier Monday. They hope the big game will end with a victory.

  • Their opponents, The New England Patriots, are already in Arizona -- they arrived yesterday.

Supporters gave a super sendoff to the Giants, who will practice all week in Arizona ahead of Sunday's game.

All dressed up with somewhere very important to go: The Giants, suited up in suits, hopped on buses Monday afternoon and headed for the airport and then Glendale, Arizona. Die hard fans just had to see them off.

Victor Suchi drove from Bayside, Queens this morning to give the Giants encouragement and send them a message.

"Just that they're not alone." Suchi told us. "New York is always with them here or Arizona."

Even the bus drivers felt Giants pride as they whisked the players away on the first leg of what promises to be an exciting and memorable journey.
