School aide accused of touching students

BROOKLYN New York City's special commissioner of investigation, Richard Condon, on Wednesday accused Johnathan Williams of inappropriately touching the students inside JHS 126 during a game of tag with the lights off. Williams also allegedly made sexual comments.

Conlon says some of the students complained to school officials.

However, he says, the school only gave Williams a verbal warning and never notified his office.

Conlon has turned over his findings to the district attorney's office. He has recommended firing Williams and taking disciplinary action against the school officials.
