A allegedly drunk Bronx woman ran down three family members at water park in Riverhead -- killing one and severely injuring two others. Police say 20-year-old Yerardin Gil took the wheel of a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche in a parking area at Splish Splash Long Island at around 6 p.m. last night.

Eyewitness News is told Gil, who does not have a drivers license, mistakenly drove the vehicle forward, jumping the curb and striking three family members who were eating on the grass median.

Officials say her aunt, 42-year-old Rosa Rotiz, was pronounced dead at Peconic Medical Center. She would have turned 43 today.

Two others, 41-year-old Tomas Esquerdo and 38-year-old Dolcina Ortiz, were also struck. They were both rushed to Peconic Medical Center with "severe injuries" Gil was reportedly charged with driving while intoxicated and will be arraigned later today. Police said the accident occurred in the far western parking area of the water park and was not part of the water parks' normal operations.
